Manong's Lechon Cebu still uses the age-old recipe that has been enjoyed by so many satisfied Cebu clients which include Plantation Bay Resort, Sun*Star Daily, Philippine Ad Congress (2001), Donna Villa and Carlo J. Caparas, among others.
On the other hand, Mr. Panares used to be a food writer of Sun*Star Daily, still southern Philippines number 1 newspaper, and has worked for Manila Bulletin and Stile Di Vita (a lifestyle mag distributed outside the country) as a Fashion Editor.
